Cleaning the Freezer

Remove the frozen food and put it together to conserve the temperature. Put it in the coldest place possible. Disconnect the device or connect the defrosting program. To accelerate the defrosting process, once the ice softens, you can scrape it off the walls using a rubber spatula: never use a sharp object as this can puncture the walls of the device and leave it unusable.

Once you have removed all the ice, clean the walls with hot water and unscented soap or bicarbonate. Rinse and dry well. Reconnect the device with the switch in the position of freeze for freezing to occur rapidly. Put back the food.
